trouble merging a free trial into a recently purchased family account.

I am still having trouble with a free account that i installed and a recently purchased family account. I have a key code but the free account does not recognize it when it asks for the info. How do I merge the two?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble getting set up with 1Password. If I understand correctly, by "a free account that I installed" you mean the trial version for the standalone app. Is this correct?
