I can't tell what I need to do to make 1PW Family work on Windows

I set up my accounts and vaults on Mac. I can see them on my iOS devices. When I try to install it on Windows or even just the browser extension, it tells my some gobbledigook about Dropbox, but I haven't done anything with Dropbox on the Mac.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. We do not currently have browser extensions available for Windows that are compatible with 1Password Families. We're working as quickly as we can to deliver those.

    We do have a Windows 10 app that is compatible, which you can find here:
