    Hi. We have recently switched the Administrator on the CPLLC account. I have now received a notice that our free trial is set to expire. We have already paid. Can you help?

    I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused. You have a 1Password Teams account under the email address you used to sign up on the forum — I confirmed it a moment ago. Did you not want to continue using that account?
