I set up my team plan but I really want the family plan instead. How do I change it?

I thought I read where you could change it on the Admin console but I can't find that. Can you send me more detailed instructions. I have a team plan - set up before I knew the pricing. But it is only 2 of us - my family so the family plan will be fine.

    Hi @sheree,

    It definitely sounds like 1Password Families is what will be the right one for you! We removed the the option to change the kind of the account from the admin console. If you want to change your Team account into a Family one please send us an email to ** support@1password.com** and we'll take care of it for you :chuffed:
