When I try to open 1PW in my MacBook, it asks for a key. What is this?
Also, why do you not recognize my log-in info? Thanks. pah

    Hi @ph40,

    I'm not quiet sure I understand the issues that you're facing. Are you using 1Password Families/Teams or a standalone license?
    What you have to do to be able to start using 1Password on your new computer is different depending on this. You'll only have an account key and an account if you use 1Password Families or Teams. If you're using 1Password with a standalone license you can get your license by following the steps mentioned here: https://support.1password.com/trial-expired/.
