1password is not updating and cannot erase it or do anything to it on my iPhone

I was doing an update 2 weeks ago to 1password, and since then I see that it is on waiting mode to be updated. I can´t open it, access it, erase it, nothing. Please help. iPhone 6.

    Hi @imadw,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting 1Password updated. This is more of an issue with the iOS itself than with 1Password, as we have no control over the actual update process, but I think I can help you out here. Have you recently restarted your iOS device? Restarting your phone should kickstart any stalled updates.

    It’s also a good idea to check on your network and make sure that you’ve got enough signal strength to download the update, and ensure that there’s enough space available on your device as well.
