My account has a lot of issues. I was just charged $48 and $64.99. I just want the individual account.

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    It sounds like you purchased a year subscription to 1Password Families and a 1Password standalone license (which you don't need if you have an active subscription; subscriptions come with the apps for free).

    That said, I actually don't see a record of any purchase associated with the email address you used to sign up for this forum. (It's all I had to go on.) Could you email us from the address used to sign up for 1Password Families? support@1password.com

    We'll get everything sorted out for you. :)
