Safara extension will not install

Have tried uninstalling and then re-installing the Safari browser extension but keep getting a message that it cannot be installed. I am using Safari 9.1.1 and 1Password 6.3.1.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble installing the extension!
Does the error message give you any information beyond telling you that it cannot be installed? Are you installing the extension via our extension download page or the Safari Extensions Gallery?
