If I have the IOS app and MAC app will 1Password sync from mac override ios?

I have the IOS app and would like to be able to access these passwords on my MAC, if i sign in with 1Password on the MAC will this override the data on the phone?

    Hi @LewisTW,

    When syncing 1Password all sync sources are considered equal peers. One does not override the other. That said, it certainly wouldn't hurt to backup your data before performing the sync:

    I am not able to use iCloud for any syncing or backing up for this.
    will this affect anything?

    @LewisTW,

    1Password for iOS does not back up to iCloud. It backs up through iTunes. The steps to do so are outlined in the guide I linked above. As for your sync options, iCloud is one, but it isn't the only one. You can review all of your options for syncing here:
