I have no option to Sync in preferences. I have not found an answer in your forum. I want to sync with iCloud. Please advise?

Based on your reply in the other thread it sounds like you're already using a 1Password account, which means you're already syncing to your account on the agilebits servers.
In that scenario iCloud sync isn't used at all in synchronizing your data among your devices so the entire Sync tab isn't displayed because it doesn't make sense when used in conjunction with a 1Password Account as you're already syncing!
