Feature request: Watchtower: check for expired URLs

Hello all -

I love Watchtower - it's a great service.

Recently I've come across a few 1P items with expired URLs. Mostly there were software sites I tried out years ago, which ultimately flopped.

Perhaps 1P can somehow automatically test URLs to highlight accounts with URLs that fail?
