Team Member Password Access

Hi Support Team,

Good day to you!

I am a team member for Jen on 1password teams. She has added some username and password but for some reason I couldn't access the password for the site to log in.

Is this something that I can fix or there's anything that I need to change the settings with so I can access the password?

    Hi @kayeshayne! Hope your day is going well. :) I wasn't able to find the account you mentioned when I looked for one under the email address you signed up with on this forum. Could you send us an email at support@1password.com with the address you used to sign up to the team? We'll help out there.
