Can't secure Account Key or QR Code

Hey AgileBits!
I purchased the Mac version of the app on the Apple Store.

I recently had to reboot my phone and I realized that I cannot actually reconnect the app without a QR Code or Account Key. But neither of them are available on my Mac. It's almost like I have an account but it's lost in some kind of inception. I have tried this: https://support.1password.com/account-key/ but I have no accounts that I can click, 1Password is just inviting me to sign in(which requires a QR Code) or to create a new account.

Let me know what to do,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    I do not see any 1Password accounts associated with the email address you used for these forums. That isn't entirely surprising though -- you may not have one. 1Password accounts do not come with Mac App Store purchases.

    The version of 1Password sold on the App Store is a standalone app - no account. If you'd like to use 1Password in that manner you certainly can. An account is not required. But you'd be responsible for setting up your own syncing:
