Registering for family sharing. Can't locate my sign-in address. message says licence instead? How do I register using the license?

    Hey @safelushko! Welcome to our forum. :) I'm sorry for the confusion setting up a family account. We recently introduced a subscription for families to share with each other, and you didn't get an account with the license you purchased a couple of years ago. Learn more about the difference between a 1Password.com account and standalone license.

    To share with your family using the license you already have, use Dropbox:

    You can also start using 1Password Families to give other family members access to all the 1Password apps on their devices. You did create a family account the other day, so feel free to make use of that in the future. Hope that helps clear things up!
