[Suggestion] Give 1 month's subscription credit for referring a friend

As an encouragement for existing subscribers of 1Password Accounts and Families to refer friends to also subscribe, you could provide a unique referral URL for each subscriber. Subscribers could give this out to friends and if they subscribe (ie actually start paying for one of the services, not just the 30 day trial then both the subscriber and the new member each get 1 month subscription credit. There would be a maximum of 12 months credit that could be earned (so if you get more than people to subscribe, you would still only get 12 months free).

It may be possible to do something similar with Teams though this would require a bit more thought as that has a per-user cost (and you'd want to limit how much credit you give, of course).

Another service does something like this so it would be nice if 1Password had something similar.
