from few days ago I can't open the app

from few days ago I can't open the app, and appears a message that said that I must erase the app and install another time.
I erased the app, but now I go to the app store and I need to pay the app... why?

    Hi @Salvi

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password. Could you please check that you've signed into the same account that you originally purchased 1Password with? As long as it's the same Apple ID you should be able to just download it. If you are sure you've signed in with the correct Apple ID, do you think you could try digging up your receipt on your email and send it to support+licenses@agilebits.com so we can help you sort it out that way?

    Please let us know what you find out so we can get 1Password back in place :chuffed:
