Syncing - missing items between iMac and iPhone

Secure notes not syncing between iMac and iphone.
Also my iMac says I have223 items and my phone says 231
Memberships also not syncing.

1Password Version: 6.3.5
Extension Version: 4.6.1
OS Version: 10.12.1
Sync Type: cloud

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
