    Ok, thank you - I thought this topic is resolved for you because my post was closed. So closing a post does not automatically mean that the request is resolved also?

    No worries! I think that old threads automatically close after a certain amount of time, so I believe it was closed automatically. The issue itself isn't closed though. :)
