Changed password in iMac One password, says it has synced but iPhone still has previous password

I use 1 password 6.5.2 and iPhone 6.4.5. both are synced to the same dropbox yet when I changed a password for a website on my iMac, it shows the password has been updated as there is a new password within it, but 1 password on my iPhone still shows the previous password for the website even though it says that it has synced already.
