Mac syncing to iPhone, but not vice versa

I have 1Password running on two Macs, and any changes or additions/deletions I make in 1Password on either Mac sync nicely to my iPhone app. However, any changes I make in my iPhone app do not show up at all on my Macs, or in the browser version of 1Password, so it seems my phone reads from the server version of 1Password, but does not write to it. I am using the proprietary sync for 1Password (not iCloud or Dropbox), on 1Password for Families.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble getting your 1Password Families account data to appear properly on all of your devices. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
