Additional sections do not show unless in edit mode

Created additional section with text fields within login and saved them. However, additional section and associated text fields do not show unless going into edit mode.

    I believe so. Going to pro features it shows purchased. I do not have and do not want a 1password account. I strictly want to use 1password on mobile device.
    Trying to follow the instructions in the link you provided.
    My device is signed the correct Apple ID.
    Under Tap Settings > Pro features there is no option to Restore Purchase.

    No the extra sections do not show up under saved form details. Just the username and the password.
