1Pass 6 login password and my 1Pass Google Chrome extension password for login are not the same

I have 1 password 6 on my PC. I use a password to log in to that but when my google chrome extension gets locked, I have to use a different password for that to login. For some reason, they are not the same.

My google chrome extension also did not have all of my passwords that are in my 1Password 6 Personal vault. It only had two passwords. Somewhere there is an issue

Extension Version: 4.6.2.90 (Google Chrome)
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: dropbox (I Think)
