Hi @bodyaz - Thanks for getting in touch. I just checked your account on our end and it looks like the subscription is humming along nicely. Where do you see the message? is it in one of our apps (if so, which platform)? Or is it In your account area on 1Password.com?
Seeing the same issue. Got the notice that my trial/prelim account was frozen, followed instructions to add payment and I am still FROZEN on all my devices. Tried quitting the app. Installing updates. Restarting devices. No luck. Please advise.
