Cannot Find App on Mac

I do a fresh install of 1Password on my Mac. It goes through the installation process successfully, however, afterwards I cannot find the app anywhere on my machine to open it. Thanks for your help.

    Thanks for reaching out! :smile:

    Sometimes this issue can happen if the 1Password app was not moved to your "Applications" folder after the installation. Can you please do a search for the app using "Spotlight" to see where the app might be located? A screenshot of where you can use Spotlight can be seen below.

    Once you search for 1Password using Spotlight, scroll down to the bottom of the Spotlight window until you see the "Show all in Finder..." option. A screenshot of this can be seen below.

    Click on that option and Finder should open. From here, drag and drop the 1Password app into your Applications folder so you can easily access it in the future.

    If these steps do not work for you, then I would recommend restarting your computer and re-downloading the 1Password app and trying again.
