Trial expired, account frozen

Hey guys,

My trial expired today and had purchased the app from App store yesterday. I have exported all the files from 1Password6 but then when I try to import them into 1 Password, I am not allowed to do that since the 'import' button doesn't work.
My account still seems to be frozen.

Please advise.

    @Anca - It sounds like we'll need a bit of back and forth to resolve this issue. As this will entail exchanging personal information like email addresses and such, I'd prefer not to do so on the forum. Could you please contact us? I'll be happy to look into it with you. :-)
