Feature request: 1Password search should search all fields (not just the Name field)

Sometimes I can't remember what I named a login or other item, and not all info fits in, or is really appropriate for, the Name field in 1Password. It would be really helpful if Search actually searched everything and not just the titles.

Yes, I know we can put things in folders, but search is the quickest and most convenient way to find things. It's like when I'm on my Mac and want to open an application. I use spotlight search, I don't first open the Applications folder and scroll down until I find what I'm looking for.

    @kda - Thanks for getting in touch. You're right, by default 1Password searches by Name. However, if that search does not return the items you expect, you can expand the search to all fields. Here's what it looks like on the Mac for example:
