can't use textexpander

Thank you for writing to us. If what you want is to use TextExpander to edit 1Password items, I'm afraid that's not possible, by security design. Secure Input is activated when you edit things in 1Password to make sure TE can't read your sensitive data. Here are the details about this: https://smilesoftware.com/textexpander/secureinput

If what you mean is that Secure Input stays activated even when you're done using 1Password then I'd ask you to make sure you didn't leave anything in edit mode open in 1Password and to check the previous link for some troubleshooting tips.
