Hi,

I have set up a new computer, and can access my 1 password through the browser, but the chrome extension app seems to have created a seperate account (same email address) and the two are not linking up, I can't seem to log out of the chrome extension app despite deleting it and download it again, it always just log in the same account.

How can I rectify this?

    Hi @callum - I could only locate one account for you. Do you still have your Primary vault within 1Password? You can switch between vaults and accounts via the Chrome extension by clicking on the 1Password icon in the upper left corner.

    Let me know if that helps or if you have any additional questions.
