Option to move items to local vault not available

Hi,

I am trying to move from cloud to local vault because my account has been frozen, but the option to send to local vault (copy or move) is greyed out.

    Hi @tillgoehre! Frozen accounts are become read-only, meaning that they can't be changed. As a "move" operation is essentially a copy-and-delete, and the "delete" part is a change, that's why "move" is greyed out. "Copy" should still be available to you, as long as you have permissions to export from the source vault, and import into the destination vault.
