I have single license account with windows 7 desktop and one iphone. I would like to consider family plan as my wife has a macbook pro and iphone. The information in your forums I cannot find is whether windows 7 will work with the family plan and will each of us have the ability to have a unique master password with this plan. Thank you

@bgsuisu Windows 7 is supported. I actually just did my wife's computer at her work and she has Windows 7. When you go on you my.1password.com under Get The Apps (assuming the single layout is like the family one), it says Windows 7 or newer, so you're all good to go!

  • Hi @bgsuisu,

1Password Families has the download for the Windows app here: https://1password.com/downloads/ . It should work fine with Windows 7.

With 1Password Families, both you and your wife would have separate Master Passwords, and each have your own Personal vault, but then you'll also have a Shared vault where you can put shared items and you can create other vaults as well.

    I hope this helps.
