    Hello.

    Yesterday I’ve installed OSX Sierra on my laptop. I’ve downloaded the newest version of 1password from the App Store. But I don’t understand how can I activate my license from version 5.

    Help me please.

    I've sent you email with my license file.

    Hi @azure_stone - Thank you for reaching out to us. The Mac App Store version is not compatible with your standalone license. Open your applications folder on your Mac and drag that version to the trash.

    You can download 1Password 6 from here - https://1password.com/downloads/

    I just sent you over a copy of your standalone license so keep me posted if you didn't receive it. Click on the download link in the email to install your license key. Let us know if you run into any questions along the way. We'll be happy to help out. :smile:
