  • Hi @hypotenuseleg! Sorry about that. It is most likely happening due to your bank's fraud detection, or the card being expired. Could you check the expiration date, and if it's correct, call the number on the back of your card to ask the bank if they marked 1Password as fraudulent? Some banks are just a bit overzealous about this and it can hang things. Feel free to try another card as well. :) Let me know how that goes!

Why I can not log my account from iphone, but the page can be.

  • @hypotenuseleg To clarify, you're able to sign in on https://my.1password.com in a browser, but not on an iPhone? Are you able to sign in anywhere else?

@hypotenuseleg: I've removed the image. For your privacy and security, please don't post account details in public.

The screenshot appears to be of the 1Password app on your iPhone. Have you tried signing in to https://my.1password.com in mobile Safari? Also, keep in mind that you can get your correct account details (and Emergency Kit) from the browser you've already signed into. Just go to the Get the Apps section:

    https://my.1password.com/apps

You can then use that information to sign in to the app as well:

Sign in to your 1Password account on a new device

Just keep in mind that it needs to be entered exactly or it won't work. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)

@hypotenuseleg: A colleague with vastly more knowledge of the Chinese language than I have suggested that you may already be signed into this account in 1Password for iOS. If you go to 1Password Settings > Accounts, do you see it listed there?

Another question is when will the contents of the recycle bin be deleted automatically? Or forever

@hypotenuseleg The in-app subscription through Apple is only available as a monthly subscription at the moment. If you want to subscribe annually, please do so from the "Billing" section of the web interface for your account (that will subscribe through us instead of through Apple, and we offer both monthly and annual billing options).

With our subscription accounts, items delete from the Trash are archived for a period of time, and can be restored as part of our Item History feature. Individual and Families accounts have a 365-day item history. Teams Standard accounts have a 30-day item history, and Teams Pro accounts have an unlimited item history. You can learn more about Item History here: https://support.1password.com/item-history/ :+1:

There is no longer any permission to edit
When is the contents of my recycle bin deleted? Is it permanently deleted?

  • Hi @hypotenuseleg - Great question! John had a really great answer and I'll copy it below -
