I am unable to access my account. Every time I get to the same digit of my master password, the keyboard freezes. I have updated the app so I am unsure what else I can do. This is huge pain because I have several important passwords saved in the app that I cannot access now.

    @jrepsch: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! It sounds like you're hitting an issue that was going around a while ago that involves an outdated version of iOS. Since you didn't include any version information in your post, the first place I would start is updating your device (be sure to backup your data first). Users who've done so have reported that this issue went away for them. If you're still having trouble, be sure to include which versions you're using. I look forward to hearing back from you!
