"Searching dropbox for vaults" never finds a vault

in iOS

i am bringing up 1P on a new iOS device, an iPhone 7+. my other iOS devices, Macs, etc., are using dropbox. after launching the dropbox auth and logging in, i start 1Password, tap on 'Dropbox' under 'Already using 1Password', and then authorize 1P to use dropbox. i then get the 'Searching Dropbox for vaults' page but it never finds the vault.

help!

    To get a better idea of what is going on under the hood here I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
