Filling forms in Safari or Chrome

Hi,

I'm using Chrome in iOs 10.3.2. Lately I've noticed that a substantial number of websites no longer work with the browser's 1Password "extension." It simply doesn't fill login forms any longer.

I'm not using Safari much these days, but the problem seems to be there, too. For one, the AppleCare repair status website doesn't work for me…

    Hi @mbac,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

    Unfortunately we're not able to fill Apple's Apple ID login forms on iOS. They use something called an "iframe" to present the login form, and 1Password cannot safely access the form fields within an iframe.

    If there are other specific sites you'd like for us to look into please let us know. :)
