1password is suddenly not asking to save new logins

I've tried several websites and the extension is not asking. When I try to add manually, nothing happens. Help!

@Kate Hodges: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! Please check 1Password Preferences > Browsers. Is the Autosave option checked there? If not, 1Password will not offer to save logins for you. You can, however, manually save a new login at any time using the browser extension. If you're having this issue with specific websites though, be sure to let us know the URL (and the browser version you're using) so we can investigate. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)

    Hey @Kate Hodges,

I would just like to double-check there isn't anything going wrong with the licensing of your 1Password for Mac. Could you open up 1Password for Mac and from the menubar click 1Password > License. Does 1Password report that the license is correctly applied? If so it should look like this (see screenshot below):

Thanks for sending in the link, it looks like the web page is inaccessible from the public internet. Perhaps it's an internal webpage for Georgia Military College?

If that's the case, then perhaps we can help if you could save a copy of this web page and send it to us. That would allow us to view the web page and see if we can help get 1Password to fill. To ensure no personally sensitive data is uploaded to our Forum, we've disabled uploading of .zip files so if you're happy to go this route we'll need to switch a one-to-one email conversation.

Let me know what you find with the license and if all is OK there then we can start examining the web page.

    Matthew

Yes, I double checked my license and it looks like everything is okay on that front. As far as the website, I accidently posted the wrong link. This is the one I am having trouble with - https://portal.gmc.edu
    It is a public website.

@Kate Hodges: Thanks! When I visit that URL, it takes me here though:

    https://cluster.student.gmc.cc.ga.us/adfs/ls?wa=wsignin1.0&wtrealm=urn:portal.gmc.edu:443&wctx=https://portal.gmc.edu/_layouts/15/Authenticate.aspx?Source=%2F&wreply=https://portal.gmc.edu/_trust/default.aspx

Is that what you're seeing? Also, please check something for me. Go into 1Password Preferences > Browsers and make sure the Autosave option is on. If not, 1Password shouldn't offer to save your logins. But you can always manually save a new login as well. I was able to test this myself in Safari and Chrome, and confirmed that 1Password is able to prompt to autosave there (as well as fill, though you hadn't mentioned having an issue with that)...but I noticed that this only works when pressing Return to submit the form, not clicking the Sign In "button". Let me know if that helps in your case. We'll see if there's a way 1Password can detect this in the future. :)
