Signed up for a subscription but now like half my passwords are gone?

I had 1password on my phone and another copy of the app on my iPad. I wanted it so that the passwords were the same on both devices so I bought a subscription. Now my vault contains only 29 saved passwords when I originally started with 68. Whats the point if it can't sync/save the same passwords for both of my devices?

    Hi @arondraws - Thank you for reaching out to us here. Sorry for the troubles. Did you move the existing data from your Primary vault on both devices to your new Personal/Private vault? Once you move your existing data over to your Personal/Private vault, everything will auto-sync across both devices in addition to the web. Keep me posted if you have any additional questions or need help moving your existing data over. I'll be happy to assist you :smile:
