2 Screen Log In, First Screen Fills in Only

So my bank's homepage has a place to enter you user ID and log in. The next screen will ask for your password. I've gotten 1Password to fill in the user ID, but I must press submit myself. The password entry screen works as expected. I wonder if I need to start again setting up this log in with 1Password

Sync Type: iCloud

    This is expected behavior. 1Password will only perform autosubmit if it is able to verify that the cursor is currently placed in a password field. This is out of an abundance of caution to guard against inadvertently submitting your username where it should not such as if the username is accidentally filled into a search field or something like that.
