When we set up the family 1Password my account, the original account is screwed up, help!

I now have missing entries on one of my devises or on all of them. And many entries have multiple duplicates as many as four. It's a total mess. I have been using 1Password for many years and in that time I have emailed for help twice and both times gotten a generic 'go here and figure it out for yourself' response. It's disgusting.
