Wrongfully frozen acct

Hi i'm very aggravated because I love this app and they still I upgraded which I didn't and then they said it ran out and I O money I said why am I going to pay if I had the free app that all my passwords in it so now I can't use it I had to open a new account !!!and I did call about this a while ago nothings been done
