    Hi. I have lost my emergency kit and do not know my log ins. I haven't inputted any passwords as yet,so I would like to get access please.

    Thanks for taking time to write in. I've noticed you also emailed us about this same issue, where Daniel and Andrew have already helped you get this resolved. For future reference, it's not necessary to contact us through multiple communication channels about the same issue. Doing that can cause duplication of efforts on our part which slows down the support process for everyone. Thanks!
