Account signup has left me with two master passwords and two secret keys

Sent in a support email about this on Thursday [#LIU-63938-169], but have received no response, so I'm trying again here. In the process of signing up for a 1Password subscription account, I appear to have ended up with two master passwords and two secret keys, depending on whether I attempt to log in from the Mac app or the web. Don't want to try doing anything else with 1Password until you can resolve this on your end, because I have no idea how to resolve this on my end. Thanks for your assistance!
