    Hi @Dogfoot -- Noooo! Don't pull your hair out! We're here to help. Let's get this resolved. Can you give me a little more information? Were 1Password on the iPad and Windows PC synced in the past, and stopped working? Or have you never been able to sync them? If you were syncing previously, what method were you using? Dropbox? If you can let us know what version of Windows and iOS you're using on your devices, as well as what version(s) of 1Password, that will also help a lot. Let us know!
