Password missing in extension

My password for classmates.com is missing in either chrome or safari extension. It does show in the full 1p app.

    @padl64,

    If you edit the item in the main application and look at the "display" field, does it say "always" or "never display in browser" ?

    @padl64 Hey there.
    I second @rudy on that one. You might also find this article useful https://support.1password.com/extension-troubleshooting/.
    Also, you can always recreate the password entry but I would definitely check the "display" field first.

    Set the display field to always & that was it! I never even knew that was there!

    @Thelauffer: I'm not sure how that would help, as it sounds like they have the 1Password extension installed and working, but just can't find a particular login. The extension will show the same information as the app (it is the app), unless it either does not exist or was expressly hidden, as Rudy mentioned. Let's wait and see what they discover. ;)
