Deleting and Setting Up a New 1Password Account

I set up a user with a new 1Password account and then the next day she forgot her master password. I deleted everything and removed her and started over. It prompted us for her Master Password yet we have NOT set her up yet. We had just started. We cannot move forward with this. We have tried everything. Is this a known issue? We removed anything 1Password related, too from her machine before trying again however nothing is working. She now doesn't want 1Password. Help please.

    The first thing to try in this case would be to do a full uninstall of 1Password. We have a guide that will tell you how to do that for each of our platforms.

    In some cases it's more than removing the app from the device, and there are additional files that need to be trashed before 1Password will behave as a new instance.

    Give that a shot and let us know how it goes.
