Copy to clipboard with keyboard

Occasionally it is necessary to manually copy fields from 1password to external applications. For those times, it would be really slick to have a keyboard-only option to copy fields to the clipboard.

  • Open the extension with ctrl-period
  • Type to search
  • Select the correct item with the up/down arrows.

That all exists already and is really convenient! The only thing missing is a way to select a field and copy it to the clipboard. An example might be

  • Press the right arrow to focus the first field in the item
  • Press up/down to select the correct field
  • Press return to copy to clipboard

    As a person who prefers to keep my hands on the keyboard, I completely agree! We are planning a full overhaul to our keyboard navigation, and navigating the item details is definitely on that list.
