Account Frozen despite purchasing annual membership in-app on iOS

Hello, my account is frozen, but I have an active subscription which renews next year. I purchased the annual subscription on iOS during my trial.

My account and Apple ID used to purchase is using the same email as I have on these forums.

    @ahusseini: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! It sounds like you may have subscribed outside of 1Password and just need to apply the subscription to your 1Password.com account. Just open 1Password for iOS and tap Settings > 1Password Accounts > [account] > Apply Purchase to Account. If you need anything else, be sure to email us at support@1password.com so we're not discussing sensitive account information in public. :)
