i changed my vault password, got my emergency kit set up and now I can't log in because..

the master password for the account doesn't work so I can't even get to my vault.

    Hey @ScottyS, sorry to hear about the trouble signing into your account after changing your Master Password!

    Just to clarify, when you say you changed your "vault password", do you mean the Master Password for your account? Is this new Master password not working to sign into your account?

    If you have another Organizer on your account, they should be able to recover it for you:
