1Password locked on Iphone after unlockin 1 item to Iwatch

After unlocking 1 item from 1Password frommy Iphone 6s to my Iwatch that item shows up nicely on the watch.
However 1password has now locked up on my Iphone.
It doesn't show the fingerprint or unlock-code entry field anymore and so I can't login on my Iphone anymore .
All other items have therefore become unreachable for me.
Unistalling 1password from my watch doesn't seem to work for this problem

    Removing 1password from my Iwatch a second time after re-installing worked for this problem.
    I can now use 1Password on my Iphone again.
