charged twice

When I view my subscription in iTunes I have 2 charges for the month of November - one called 'Monthly Membership' and one called 'account monthly subscription' what's up with this and how do I correct it? I use it on both my mac and my iphone but I thought that was included??

    @valprkr: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! Two charges means two accounts, so it sounds like you signed up for more than one — perhaps one on each device. Please shoot us an email at [email protected] from the registered address you used for each one and post the Support IDs you receive here so we can help. :)
